This beer is a blond beer: brewed with a single barley malt, it lets the hops express their bitterness and citrus aromas.

Part of the hops and malt comes from Brittany. We try to promote the local market as much as possible: part of the hops come from the Fréhel hop farm, and part of the malt comes from Brittany.
