This week is busy… Major renovation work on the floor is being undertaken: a floor resin, specially adapted to brewery/dairy/cider house environments will be applied.
En ce jeudi soir, les travaux touchent à leur fin. Après le ponçage du béton, une résine spéciale, au nom imprononçable a été appliquée, avant d’être recouverte une résine de finition….
And on Saturday, after drying, we start everything up again….
